The principle of the G05 is that it offers an assembly system with a shorter delivery lead time, faster ramp-up to volume, increased modularity - output - re-usability and a solution to justify your investment and minimize your product time to market.
The G05 product family ranges from manual workstations through semi-automatic stations to fully automatic cells that allow production rates of up to 100 cycles/minute with an indexing accuracy of ±10µm.
All standard systems are class 10,000 clean room compatible. Furthermore, Mikron provides the requisite documentation of the systems in accordance with FDA and GAMP requirements with validation support. The validated kernel software meets these requirements as well as 21 CFR Part 11.
