 | Mikron Assembly Technology is run on a project team basis. Each project team consists of the project manager, mechanical and software engineers, control technicians and mechanics who participate in the project when their special skills are required. The project manager has complete responsibility for the management and execution of all phases of the project: design, fabrication, assembly, testing and supervision of both installation and production start-up.
The project manager’s authority provides you with a single point of contact for all communications with Mikron.
Procedures are in place to quickly respond to any changes to keep the project under control.
We talk to the customer at each important milestone throughout the project and the project team submits regular progress reports
