Quality is an integral part of our company policy. It is based on three general principles:
- Our quality will meet or surpass the standards specified by our customers and the market
- Quality helps reduce costs
- Quality requirements apply both to our products and ourselves.
Quality plan
Our work is based on an internal quality plan consisting of the following terms:
- All employees in all departments are committed to quality at all times
- Each employee is personally responsible for quality in his or her area. He or she identifies and suggests possible improvements
- Each employee is aware of the need to prevent any error at each production stage
- Our efforts are aimed at optimizing the quality of our products and services
- Special attention is paid to monitoring processes to find cost reduction opportunities
- Quality assurance procedures are regularly updated and brought to everyone’s attention.
Quality tools
Our quality system is ISO 9001-certified. All of our company’s work is governed by a set of documents describing the processes at all stages of organization and production.
