Biel, March 1, 2010, 7:00 a.m. The Mikron Group has changed the names of its two divisions and the brand identity of the entire company to match its current strategic direction with effect from 1 January 2010.

Integral Systems’ companies in Singapore and Shanghai were amalgamated with the Assembly Technology division as of the same date.

The new division names are:

• Mikron Machining (formerly Machining Technology) and
• Mikron Automation (formerly Assembly Technology).

All Mikron Group business entities will adopt a single, slightly modified Mikron brand identity.
