Your main tasks
A quality engineer must support the design, assembly and debug to support the harmonization of validation practices throughout the MIKRON globally. This includes providing input for improvements to internal templates and perform as hoc duties as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Quality Engineer is responsible for the project validation deliverables, including equipment safety
- You must be able to author design documents (FDS, HDS, SDS, CS, eFMEA) using internal templates
- Commissioning (FAT and SAT) protocols and associated test cases using internal templates
- Author a Traceability Matrix from the customer’s URS Author equipment safety documentation (HRA, Residual Risk, Noise Level Verification, Safety Tests) using internal templates.
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline
- Ability to adapt to priority changes
- Ability to communicate in an open, clear, precise, and effective manner with customers, peers, and management
- Must have initiative to learn and demonstrate positive behavior toward teamwork
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and sketches
- Familiar with GAMP 5 and Commissioning and Qualification practices
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
