For our facility in Monroe, CT, USA, we are hiring a Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team in the field of high precision cutting tools

Your main tasks

  • Providing prompt and high-quality service to customers of high precision cutting tools
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable information, support and guidance on our products and services to customers, representatives, and distributors
  • Provide timely pricing and availability information to representatives, distributors, and key customers over the phone or email
  • Process Orders, confirm Orders and invoice through the SAP system
  • Initiate and process domestic and international shipping documents as needed
  • Assist in the maintenance of the CRM system
  • Assist in the recovery process of payments in collaboration with the accounting department
  • Process marketing material requests
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Supporting the sales and technical personnel in the planning of travels
  • Target oriented working to the detail
  • Adaptable to changing working conditions (business growth)

Your profile

  • Business administration related graduation
  • Working experience in sales support and administration
  • Knowledge of administrative systems, preferably SAP, CRM (customer data system) and others
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Interest and inclination for technical subjects
  • Capacity to work independently and good organizational skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and persevering person
  • Empathetic person who has ease in establishing excellent relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Best communication skills and high competence in telephone customer service
  • Goal-oriented work down to the last detail
  • Adaptability to changing working conditions (business growth)
