All Content is protected by applicable Swiss and international intellectual property laws and treaties.

Unless stipulated otherwise by the applicable mandatory law, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, rent, sub-license, store, or in any other manner re-use Content from the Website, unless we give you express written permission to do so.

This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., You Tube, LinkedIn and Xing ("Social Media Plugins"). Data Protection

This privacy policy applies only to your use of the Website. It does not extend to any Websites that are linked to from the Website. We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other Websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such Websites before providing any data to them.

The Website does not collect any data from you unless you contact us via an email link included on the Website or if you visit the Website (cookies). 

From emails we may collect your name, your email address and any other information which you choose to give us.

All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the applicable data protection laws.

Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), namely in China, Singapore and USA. You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using the Website and submitting information to us. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA (this may be the case, for example, if our email server is located in a country outside the EEA), we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the applicable data protection legislation. We have for example concluded the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with our group companies and third party providers. The countries outside the EU/EEA to which we export your data are the following: China, Singapore, USA.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law (to the exclusion of Swiss Private International Law and international treaties, in particular the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods dated April 11, 1980).

Any disputes concerning these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Zurich, Switzerland.
