Your main tasks

In this role you will be responsible for leading and inspiring multicultural sales teams in accordance with business goals as well as the company vision. By understanding customers’ business and requirements, you will develop customer satisfaction for the full life span of the proposed solutions. You will set standards and procedures for our sales strategy.

  • Secure, consolidate and develop existing sales teams
  • Contribute proactively to the ongoing improvement of the Customer Service department
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers at a senior level
  • Promotion of customer services packages
  • Enforcing added-value proposals in line with customer requirements and expectations
  • Review personal sales performances with the aim to meet and exceed targets
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
  • Active collaboration with our Sales and Acquisition team
  • Participation in Key Customer meetings and visits
  • Challenge and sign quotes
  • Develop and follow-up the KPI Sales Customer Service (Forecast, Hotlist, Order Intake, Sales)

Your profile

Education and experience

  • Strong engineering and technical background 
  • Provent and successful experience with sales of engineering products on a similar position
  • Proven and successful experience leading and developing a high-performance sales team
  • Proven experience in management of key-account customers
  • Empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with analytical mindset to emphasize tailor-made solutions
  • Agile self-motivated and organized
  • Flexibility and ability for regular and frequent business trips, on-site visits and virtual meetings with our customers


  • Native speaker of English, French or German, with excellent knowledge of other languages. Additional languages : An asset
