Corporate Governance

The key principles and regulations regarding Corporate Governance at Mikron are defined in the Articles of Association as well as in the Organizational Rules.

The report on Corporate Governance is yearly published as a chapter of the Annual Report and is prepared in accordance with the “Guidelines concerning information on corporate governance” issued by SIX Swiss Exchange. The key principles regarding Corporate Governance are based on the recommendations set out in the “Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance” published by economiesuisse.

Mikron also publishes a Compensation Report and a Sustainability Report as chapters in the Annual Report.
