Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and establish a customer base in Poland, focusing on opening and growing a new market
  • Independently manage and develop the Polish sales territory through home office activities
  • Provide technical consultation on standard and custom cutting tools
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations
  • Perform regular customer visits throughout Poland
  • Work closely with application engineering and other internal departments to develop customer solutions
  • Maintain and document customer activities and opportunities within the CRM system

Profile

  • Technical qualification in machining, metal cutting, manufacturing engineering, tooling technology, or a related field
  • An additional qualification as a certified technician is considered an advantage
  • Several years of hands-on experience in machining and technical sales
  • Residence in Poland, preferably in the southwestern regions such as Silesia, Lower Silesia, or Greater Poland
  • Solid knowledge of machining processes, including milling, drilling, reaming, and related manufacturing technologies
  • Good understanding of cutting materials and tooling applications
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and develop customer-specific solutions
  • Strong capability to independently develop and grow a new market
  • Native-level Polish or excellent Polish language skills, combined with German and/or English for internal communication
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% of working time), including multi-day business trips
