Key Responsibilities
- Develop and establish a customer base in Poland, focusing on opening and growing a new market
- Independently manage and develop the Polish sales territory through home office activities
- Provide technical consultation on standard and custom cutting tools
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations
- Perform regular customer visits throughout Poland
- Work closely with application engineering and other internal departments to develop customer solutions
- Maintain and document customer activities and opportunities within the CRM system
Profile
- Technical qualification in machining, metal cutting, manufacturing engineering, tooling technology, or a related field
- An additional qualification as a certified technician is considered an advantage
- Several years of hands-on experience in machining and technical sales
- Residence in Poland, preferably in the southwestern regions such as Silesia, Lower Silesia, or Greater Poland
- Solid knowledge of machining processes, including milling, drilling, reaming, and related manufacturing technologies
- Good understanding of cutting materials and tooling applications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and develop customer-specific solutions
- Strong capability to independently develop and grow a new market
- Native-level Polish or excellent Polish language skills, combined with German and/or English for internal communication
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% of working time), including multi-day business trips
