Your main tasks

In this role, you will be a dedicated partner for our customers. You will ensure an exceptional experience, permanent contact, a high level of customer satisfaction and that customers’ operational needs and expectations are promptly identified, responded to and met. Your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure a long-term and strong partnership based upon trust
  • Keep a high-level customer satisfaction
  • Carry out specific offers and coordinate customers’ requests in close collaboration with various service stakeholders
  • Identify needs and provide bespoke solutions for all after sales queries
  • Contribute proactively to the ongoing improvement of the customer service department 

Your profile

  • Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical or software engineering
  • Provent experience in customer service management
  • Native speaker of English, French or German, with excellent knowledge of other languages, Swiss-German or Italian: an asset
  • Empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with analytical mindset to emphasize tailor-made solutions
  • Agile self-motivated and organized (remote work)
  • Flexibility and ability for regular and frequent on-site visits and virtual meetings with our customers within dedicated region (approx. 30%)
