Your main tasks

In this role, the CUS MT Project Coordinator will take responsibility for assisting the MT supervisor, as well as Project Managers, to ensure successful implementation of customer service projects, and on-time delivery. Support project teams by providing information and technical hands-on support during procurement and execution phases of Mikron projects. In addition, the CUS MTPC is responsible for the mechanical builds, debug, emergency support, and maintaining CUS shop areas. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Service personnel- Applications, Engineering,
  • Sales, Customer support, and Parts
  • Assist CUS Planner/Scheduler with mechanical assembly needs
  • Support MT project schedule and adjustment when needed
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Supervisor to streamline activities and mitigate technical difficulties.
  • Collaborate with various supervisors and managers for project execution activities and resourcing
  • Interface with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce
  • Support installation at the customer site
  • Maintain CUS shop area and support in house builds
  • Follow all safety policies and precautions
  • Responsible to respond to customers in less than 24 hours for normal requests and within 1 hour for down type situations
  • Receive parts from Logistics to assemble machinery following standard procedure
  • Alignment of the machine, stations and conveyor circuit at MDE or on-site as required
  • Plumbing and wiring of the machine according to the company standards at MDE or on-site as required
  • Pre-align stations with calibration at MDE or on-site as required
  • Final alignment and fine tuning of stations at MDE or on-site as required
  • Brainstorm potential mechanical changes with the engineering team
  • Run machine during debug at MDE or on-site as required
  • Ensure CUS area is organized and stocked 
  • Preassemble mechanical projects and coordinate shipping as needed
  • Inventory, prep, and ship project job boxes ahead of field install 

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant working experience and customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel is required
  • Industrial automation experience. (preferred)
  • Medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry knowledge. (preferred)
  • SAP experience is a plus. (preferred)
  • SalesForce experience is a plus. (preferred)
  • Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings and sketches (preferred)

Additional Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to travel as requested
  • Willing and able to travel 25% of the year. Overtime may be required up to 50% of the time, depending on workload and operational needs including travel with little notice
  • May be required to work off shift hours and Holidays
  • Must have a valid state Driver license

Pay Range: $34 - $40 per hour
