MECSPE 2018 in Parma: High level of interest in machining solutions from Mikron Machining

Agno, March 2018 ‒ From March 22 to 24, 2018 Mikron Machining presented its machining solutions at the international trade fair for manufacturing industry in Parma. Visitor interest in Mikron Machining's versatile and precise machining systems was reflected in the numerous concrete project requests received.

Mikron Machining had a very special highlight in store at the MECSPE in Parma from March 22 to 24, 2018: visitors to the booth were able to explore the inner workings of the Mikron NRG using a virtual reality headset, and see the flexibility, productivity and precision of the new generation of Mikron transfer machines for themselves.

In addition, Mikron Machining presented the Mikron XT-one, a dual spindle, 5 axis, flexible production center. The Mikron XT-one machining center is worldwide amongst the most versatile and precise machines for complex parts. With its numerous configuration possibilities, every Mikron XT-one can be customized into a perfect solution for any requirements. The Mikron Machining Industry 4.0 product and service portfolio also attracted a great deal of interest. All in all, the division received almost twice as many concrete project requests as during its first visit to the trade fair two years ago.
