Mikron Automation strengthens presence in the USA

Aurora, CO, February 10, 2015. ‒ Mikron Automation held a ground breaking event today to celebrate the start of the building phase of its future home. By expanding its US operations, Mikron significantly reinforces its commitment and strengthens its presence in the US market.

Mikron’s new building increases its capacity by 30% with additional land for future growth. "The new building will allow us to further strengthen our presence as a strategic partner to our current and future US customers", says Mike Gunner, General Manager of Mikron Corporation Denver. The new building in Englewood, CO, just outside of Denver, fosters process improvement and supports flexibility for the assembly of Mikron Automation’s systems.  "The enhanced working environment benefits our employees, as well,” adds Mike Gunner. Full building occupancy is slated for September 2015.

The new Mikron Automation building is the first building at the new Potomac Technology Center being developed by Confluent Development.

Since 1998, Mikron Automation has had a presence in Aurora, CO. With over 90 employees currently supporting the Mikron Automation US subsidiary in sales, customer service, engineering, and production, they have gained considerable market share in 2014.
