Next stop: China!

As part of the third edition of the ICL Cup and after careful examination of the application she submitted, our year-four apprentice Alexandra Gil Marques was selected and chosen to set off for China's Shanghai region on July 9, 2018, returning August 30, 2018.
Over two months, Alexandra will complete an internship in her field (polymechanics) along with a Mandarin Chinese course for beginners. This is also an excellent cultural experience for Alexandra, as various activities will allow her to discover local customs and daily life in China.
Most of the expenses involved (travel, accommodation, etc.) will be covered by the sponsors (companies and business organizations) which the Neuchâtel Chamber of Commerce and Industry is supporting this year.
A few days before setting off, Alexandra also obtained her higher-level Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training as well as her driving licence, so congratulations are well and truly due on these various successes!
After returning from China, Alexandra will (re-)join Mikron SA Boudry, ready to embark on a promising career in her field of choice: assembly.
